(Student 5 Leading)
Meeting Roleplay 3: Brainstorming (*Please read "Guidelines for Brainstorming" before starting)
Background: You are part of a new health and productivity team. Your job is to promote health and well-being among the company’s employees. You want to encourage healthy behavior and discourage unhealthy behavior. This will help improve productivity and profits.
Goal: Find ways to encourage healthy behaviors like good sleep and a healthy diet. Find ways to discourage unhealthy behaviors, like smoking and overeating. You have a small budget for this.
Guidelines for Brainstorming (For the students)
You can start by sharing vague ideas with the group. You should not prepare to present a super clear idea. When you begin the meeting, everyone will discuss the vague ideas and build on them, until they become much clearer and the group can evaluate them. Hopefully, toward the end of the Meeting Roleplay, there will be some clearer, well-developed and evaluated ideas for completing the Meeting Roleplay Goal.
